Our company infrastructure is primarily Northern Ireland based with several contacts also spreading to Southern Ireland and subcontracted service agents within the mainland for national contract works. With a manned office telephone answering service from 7am – 7pm and open office staffed administration and accounts from 8.30am – 5pm, with facilities to contact any engineer or manager by mobile 24 hours a day.

All our fire safety engineers carry the certificate of competence approved by the British Standards Institute against the requirements of QAS 3169 4/9 for the contract of maintenance of portable fire extinguishers with over 35 years of experience in the industry.

We are not an agent for any one manufacturer and provide only certified and quality kite marked equipment, which also meet with our stringent in house equipment performance standards. Any equipment that fall outside of the normal servicing protocol, or that require specialized servicing technique, are assessed at the need for that equipment and the required manufactures training is gained prior to any undertaken works.
